One of the most important qualities of modern times is Innovation. The CHE School of Synnervation supports people to develop those skills that are needed in a constantly changing and increasingly complex environment.

Resilience is essential to be able to react with speed and flexibility to changes, and to be able to shift with new demands and needs. This is why the development of integral resilience is a core product of the CHE School of Synnervation. Integral resilience is a combination of personal, cultural and structural resilience.

Personal resilience is obtained by developing self-knowledge and leadership qualities. Cultural resilience is created through building relationships based on unique contributions aligned with collective goals. And structural resilience is accomplished by designing infrastructures that lead to sustainable solutions and measurable results.

CHE School of Synnervation offers various training and coaching programs to develop and strengthen integral resilience of a person, a group, an organization or a company.

CHE School of Synnervation offers in-company trainings as well as programs with open registration for businesses or individuals.

CHE School of Synnervation is a living organization that offers independently (Hosted by SoS) or in collaboration with others (Powered by SoS) a large variety of training programs. The school also calls people's attention to trainings of third parties that are of interest to her target group (Supported by SoS).

Leadership and personal effectiveness for professionals in leadership positions, on the basis of your own real-life case.
