Research

CHE The objective of our research is to investigate methods and best practices that contribute to healthy life conditions, and share these in favour of worldwide sustainable growth and development.

Research by the CHE School of Synnervation is divided into two categories:

Research for third parties
CHE School of Synnervation offers her expertise and experience in research for third parties. The goal of this research is to discover prototypes of working methods and techniques that take into account the complexity and the required resilience of people, society and organizations. The CHE School of Synnervation researches topics or projects that she considers as significant for society and/or organizations in transition.

CHE School of Synnervation realizes with this research a connection between science and experience. We collaborate with several universities, colleges and other research institutes. We learn together with and from our partners by using modern, holistic theories and concepts that include research that again translates into the practice of education and facilitation.

Internal research about the Center for Human Emergence
CHE as an organization is a research object in its own right. Within CHE Netherlands, methods and organizing, decision making, and communication techniques are being applied that have yet to be proven on a large scale. CHE herself experiments with these organizational forms and experiences them as well. A central question in the research of these experiences is: how do we consciously collaborate as an organization in order to enable others to work with our processes, means and methods - learning instruments that have been validated through practice?
