CHE School of Synnervation is a self-governing and dynamically managed platform facilitating collaboration of independent, capable professionals working in the field of consultancy, development, education and coaching of organizations, teams and individuals. They have a diversity of qualities and instruments for project and process facilitation and management.
When we founded our organization, we agreed to "face everything and avoid nothing". This means that each conversation we have, we face thoughts, feelings and convictions that matter to us. We openly and freely speak about feelings of competition, leadership and decision-making, about diversity in quality and about uncertainties in undertaking work. Every time the conversation gets stuck, we find that we need to let go of underlying patterns and convictions. When we show true interest, exploring what could lie between (inter-) us (-est), instead of what is in it for each of us independently, a possible next step emerges.
Many of us have established ourselves as successful, independent consultants, coaches and trainers. And, time after time, we realize that our vision and mission can only be realized through a mutual relationship: the power of the autonomous artisan gets lifted by the power of the collective. Every day we balance in this field of collective power, fully conscious that the path to progress is being paved by making the implicit explicit.
As such we create a Meshwork, an innovative way of collaboration, which we also offer our clients. In a network it is all about the relations between partners in search for mutual advantage. In a Meshwork the shared higher goal is at the center. Each synnervator delivers his or her unique contribution to that whole. The continuous challenge is to share precisely that which is your unique talent. It sometimes means that you have to acknowledge that someone else is better suited to the job. It means that as a human being - and as an organization - you transcend your ego. That is quite demanding.
It requires for instance that you or your organization demonstrate who you truly are, not bigger or smaller for being afraid of contributing too little or not being good enough. It is asking a lot of confidence in others, to accept that the complexity of our reality is not predictable, but manifests itself one step at the time.
