Synnervators continue...

In September 2008, 14 synnervators stepped into a joint adventure by committing themselves to a new enterprise called CHE Synnervation. After one and half year in which we increasingly started to co-operate and learn together, the time had arrived for us on 23 November to look back and ahead and reflect on our role and work as synnervators.

In a wonderful dialogue that included evaluative aspects as well as future aspirations, all synnervators present emphasised the added value and meaning of the 'synnervation' adventure, for themselves and for the CHE. We choose to collaborate again in 2010 as synnervators, working for integral societal renewal, in the Netherlands, for the world.

Currently, synnervators are at work in many different contexts, such as: facilitating a co-operation of microfinance institutions and NGO's on a specific Millennium Development Goal, in and around COP15 in Kopenhagen, in a trajectory for vision development and implementation for a health care body, designing and facilitating a tailor-made Spiral Dynamics Integral training and preparing and facilitating a multistakeholder dialogue for the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy for a major food producer.
