16 Ways workshop / SDi 2 Spiral of Life

CHE 13 - 14 July / 28 - 29 September 2009

The 16 Ways is a simple body-mind practice, which powerfully interweaves eastern Yin/Yang movement principles with key understandings from western 'integral' models of psycho/socio/spiritual development. Go home with a movement practice that can take you through eight core stages of human development. In this two-day training, we will work towards a full understanding and embodiment of each of the sixteen core movements, in their typology context and in their developmental stages context. We will learn how to bring ourselves into complete coherence on the levels of body, emotion, and thought.
This workshop is open to all ages, shapes and sizes and assumes no prior physical training, specific movement 'talent', or knowledge of the any of the theories mentioned above! After a first successful edition of this workshop end March, we're happy to inform you that a next edition will take place 13 - 14 July. On 28 - 29 September a special edition is offered with an additional focus on the integration of the 16 Ways and Spiral Dynamics.
We're expecting these workshops to fill up rapidly because of the special interest in Dylans work. Please make sure to sign up as soon as possible. Preliminary registrations can be done with arjen@humanemergence.nl.
