The CHE School of Synnervation organises a series of salons this year about the value systems of Spiral Dynamics. Each ‘colour salon’ is dedicated to one colour or value system. The third value system, RED, is about power, about guiltlessly and shamelessly acting in the current moment, for the benefit of the group.

We currently have open submission for the Conscious Leadership Course. In this education programme, managers learn about radically new styles of leadership.

The CHE School of Synnervation is currently exploring new leadership styles with large Dutch housing corporations, to achieve integral better results.
