What is School of Synnervation

CHE The CHE School of Synnervation is an initiative of CHE Netherlands. It is an institute for training, research and development.

The CHE School of Synnervation wishes to contribute to the development of the consciousness of individuals, organizations and society. To that end we provide processes and means that stimulate knowledge, reflection, learning and integration.

The School's activities are spread over three fields:

  • Research
    • in societal developments
    • in the Center for Human Emergence and her projects
  • Training
    • training and facilitation of groups (open registration as well as 'in company' (tailor-made) )
    • individual coaching and support
  • Development
    • of insights and findings through publications
    • of innovative (combinations of) services and products

The objective of the CHE School of Synnervation is:
  • Researching methods and best working practices that contribute to healthy life conditions and sharing these in order to contribute to worldwide sustainable growth and development.

One of the most important qualities of modern times is Innovation. The CHE School of Synnervation supports people to develop the necessary skills needed in a constantly changing and increasingly complex environment.

The core product of the CHE School of Synnervation is Integral Resilience (see image)

  1. personal resilience - developing leadership qualities
  2. cultural resilience - building relationships based on unique contributions aligned with collective goals

CHE at Copenhagen summit
Peter Merry & Lisette Schuitemaker
In December during the Copenhagen 2010 Climate Summit, we presenced the meshwork www.2020climatesolutions.org. With some 40 volunteers for ten days we hosted conversations with people from all over the world. What piece of the puzzle do you hold? was the question we asked the hundreds who came into our space.
