Development

CHE

We understand 'development' as 'every activity focused on the translation of research or insights into a concrete product or service'.

Developing new products or services is often a result of insights and experiences gained in projects. CHE School of Synnervation and CHE Synnervate work closely together in projects. Harvesting and mapping learning experiences have been integrated in a natural way in the execution of CHE Synnervate projects. The last step, in translating those experiences into a product or service, is being made by CHE School of Synnervation.

Publications play an important role in sharing knowledge.

Our development is supported and directed out of the CHE philosophy. Thus our practice is connected with the latest insights in societal and economic developments.

CHE School of Synnervation has a collaborative relationship with the international e-magazine Integral Leadership Review. In addition, we regularly publish in magazines such as Kosmos magazine, EnlightenNext magazine, and in several trade journals of areas in which our synnervators are active.

CHE at Copenhagen summit
Peter Merry & Lisette Schuitemaker
In December during the Copenhagen 2010 Climate Summit, we presenced the meshwork www.2020climatesolutions.org. With some 40 volunteers for ten days we hosted conversations with people from all over the world. What piece of the puzzle do you hold? was the question we asked the hundreds who came into our space.
