Coaching

CHE

A human is creative, resourceful and whole.

CHE School of Synnervation offers coaching and individual facilitation from an integral perspective. All coaches - synnervators - of the CHE School of Synnervation have followed a certified training and are, besides their work for CHE School of Synnervation and CHE Synnervate, active as an independent coach.

What is coaching from an integral perspective? The basis for our coaching is the client's process in the perspective of a holistic context. We aim at harmonizing what is meaningful to the client, and his/her environment.

An integral coach is aware of every aspect that plays a role in the development process. This includes mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels of being, taking into account several layers of development within these states.

From experience we now know that permanent changes are most possible with an integral approach and facilitation. CHE Integral Coaches are focused on the realization of sustainable changes.

Our way of working is characterized by two aspects: we embody what we intend and we combine a conscious open attitude with a result oriented approach. By using an integral analysis, the coach is able to develop a clear vision on the client/the team and the process. Thus, we manage through appropriate goals.

To unlock the full potential of personal, management and organizational development or systemic facilitation, our coaches have a proven set of instruments available, which are based on an integral method.

For whom
Our coaches are available for a great number of coaching questions for individual guidance as well as teams. We offer "coaching on the job" for managers, executive coaching, career coaching, work/life balance, burn-out coaching as well as integration of youngsters with problems.
